MPSC: Maharashtra Public Service Commission Limits Number Of Attempts For Aspirants

Pune, December 31, 2020: Now students preparing for Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) can give limited attempts for the exam. The commission made changes in their exam system, and it will be implemented from upcoming exams.

To choose the appropriate candidate for various government departments, the MPSC conducts the competitive exam every year. Lakhs of students from all over Maharashtra appear for the exam every year, many of them give repeated attempt till they cross the age bar for the examination.

Recently the commission decided to put a limitation on the number of attempts for MPSC exam. According to this rule, a student from the open category can give six attempts, while students from various reserved category have no limitations for exam attempt. Other backward classes will have six opportunities to attempt for the exam.
