Woman software engineer murdered inside Infosys

Pune : A 25-year-old woman techie was allegedly murdered inside the Infosys office in the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjawadi on Sunday evening.

Pune city police have identified the deceased as Rasila OP, a native of Kerala.

According to police, the incident took place around 5.30 pm. She was allegedly strangulated to death with the help of computer cable. Though it was holiday, she had gone to office around 3 pm.

After the police were informed few hours after the  incident, senior officers were sent to the spot. They are checking CCTV footage.
