Negligence by house owner leads to death of young child in Pune
Wagholi, 25th February 2023: Lonikand police station (Pune city police) have registered a case against the owner of a house in connection with the tragic death of five-year-old Siddhesh Shivaji Panchal.
The child drowned in a water tank that was under construction on January 10th, 2023 at 2 pm.
According to the complaint filed by Shivaji Damodar Panchal (38), the deceased child’s father, Siddhesh was playing on the premises of the building adjacent to the accused woman’s house. The building’s ground floor had an uncovered water tank, and the child fell into it, resulting in his death.
