Mandai, 9th June 2025: Pune Metro will open a new entry gate (Gate No. 3) at Mandai Metro Station starting Monday, June 9, to improve commuter access and convenience. This new entrance, located near the Tilak statue beside Mahatma Phule Mandai, will benefit thousands of daily travelers, especially those visiting the bustling Tulshibaug area, Dagdusheth Ganpati Temple, Shanipar, Babugenu Ganpati, and nearby markets.

Mandai Station sits at the heart of Madhya Peth’s busy commercial zone, and the additional gate will help reduce congestion, particularly for local residents and vegetable market visitors.

In related developments, escalators have been installed and are now operational at Ramwadi Metro Station (Gate No. 2) and Kasarwadi Metro Station (Gate No. 3), easing travel for senior citizens, children, and passengers with heavy luggage.

The Pune Metro administration reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing the commuter experience by providing modern and efficient infrastructure across the network.
