No Shorts Please! Shirdi Sai Temple Issues Dress Code

Ahmednagar, December 3, 2020: Stepping into the shoes of Tirupati Balaji mandir, Shirdi Sai Temple administration too has now said that there will be a dress code for the devotees visiting the temple.

According to the administration, the devotees must wear the Indian traditional dress. Albeit there is a condition it is not compulsory, it is just an advisory. “No short dresses will be allowed”, this notice has been displayed on the notice board in English, Hindi and Marathi across the temple court.

The Shirdi temple administration Chief Executive officer Kanhuraj Bagate directed to display this notice on the boards.

Meanwhile, Pune-based activist Trupti Desai has warned the temple administration to remove the dress code order or else she will throw away the notice boards about the dress code.
