No water supply in Pune city on Thursday, March 4

Pune, 3 March 2021: There will be no water supply in several areas of Pune city on Thursday (March 4) due to urgent electrical, pumping, and infrastructure maintenance and repair works at Lashkar Jal Kendra and New Holkar Pumping, informed the chief engineer at Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)’s Water Supply Department.
The areas falling under the Lashkar Jal Kendra and New Holkar Pumping station will face water cuts on Thursday.
The administration has also informed that the water supply will be late and pressure will be low on Friday (March 5).
The civic body has requested all citizens to take note of this and cooperate with the authorities over the same.

Lashkar Jal Kendra: Camp, Pune Station area, Mula Road, Koregaon Park, Tadiwala Road, Racecourse premises, Wanawadi, Kondhwa, Hadapsar, Mahammadwadi, Kalepadal, Mundhwa, Yerawada, Vishrantwadi, Nagar Road, Kalyani Nagar, Maharashtra Housing Board, Wadgaon Sheri, Chandan Nagar, Kharadi, Solapur Road, Gondhale Nagar, Satavwadi, etc.
New Holkar and Chikhali pumping areas: Vidya Nagar, Tingre Nagar, Kalas, Dhanori, Lohegaon, Vishrantwadi, Viman Nagar, Nagar Road area, etc.
