Pune, 1st July 2022: The National Restaurant Association of India’s Pune Chapter kicked off the first event of their first year with an informative masterclass by Mr Anurag Katriar (Founder & MD, Indigo Hospitality Pvt Ltd) titled: Own Your Restaurant Brand recently. The event was held at Penthouze, Koregaon Park with most prominent restaurateurs and F&B brand owners from Pune in attendance.

Mr Katriar’s Masterclass focused on establishing, maintaining and expanding a restaurant brand, especially in these uncertain post covid times. He also covered the impact of the virus and resilience of the industry in bouncing back as soon as they could. The Masterclass Session was followed by an enthusiastic round of questions and answers from the audience that helped the guests gain a lot of insight from Mr Katriar’s experience.

The Pune chapter is dedicated to creating a unique community in the city by expanding their membership and giving guests exceptionally singular learning and networking opportunities. The Chapter is headed by Mr Praful Chandawarkar (Chapter Head and Owner of Malaka Spice). The Committee also includes- Mr Kevin Tellis (Co-Chapter head and Owner of Toit), Mr Siddharth Mahadik (Secretary of NRAI and Owner of Le Plasir), Mr Kunal Mhaske (Joint Secretary and Owner of Penthouze) and Mr Nicky Ramnani (Treasurer and Partner of The Daily All Day).
