NTPC organized its 17th Foreign Lenders Meet at Mumbai
New Delhi, June 26th 2019: India’s largest power generating company NTPC, organized its 17th ‘Foreign Lenders Meet’ in Mumbai today. The meet was aimed to brief the representatives of the foreign banks and financial institutions about the company’s Operational and Financial performance during the financial year 2018-19, growth plans and funding requirements, etc. for the future.
Shri K Sreekant, Director (Finance), Shri Sudhir Arya, CFO, and Shri A.K.Gautam, ED (Finance) were present during the occasion and interacted with the lenders.
Shri A.K. Gautam, ED (Finance) briefed the representatives covering various aspects of NTPC’s performance and future growth plans. Moreover, International credit rating agencies S&P, Fitch and Moody’s presented its perspective on the NTPC credit quality, trends in the power sector in the APAC region, prospects and developments in the Indian Power Sector.
