Paysquare Consultancy Ltd celebrates its 15th Foundation Day
Paysquare Consultancy Ltd completed 15 years and celebrated its Foundation Day, last week, amidst much excitement, with motivational talks as well as fun and entertainment. Eminent IT Entrepreneur and Author Dr Deepak Shikarpur was the Chief Guest for the event .
Paysquare is a leading IT enabled service company based out of Pune providing comprehensive solutions on Payroll Outsourcing to Global Clients. It has national footprint with offices in Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mysore. It was founded by Mr Rakesh Jain, a leading financial wizard in the year 2000 with the vision of providing Turnkey Outsourcing solutions for Payroll Management. With time the company has grown manifold and has a motivated team of our over 300 associates.
The event was planned to bring the employees across all locations together in order to communicate the company goals, to have active participation of people to exchange information and ideas and reinforce the plans to achieve the goals.The event revolved around the theme of ‘Learning with growing’, in order to induce the thought strongly in people through talks & activities. It went on with an interesting training activity organized for Paysquare staff facilitated by Soft Skill Trainer from Quantum Infortrainers, Mr. Abhijit Chandra. Paysquare had a session for welcoming new entrants and felicitating the employees for long service in the organisation. Rewards and Recognition programme was also held to recognize the achievers of the year under various categories.
The second part of the event was a cultural show with fun, joy and amazing performances / talents shows coming from the team which had the audience roaring with enjoyment and laughter.
The Annual Meet closed on a note with an address from the CEO Mr. Rakesh Jain to summarise and wish the entire team for the journey ahead. All in all – a great day of celebrating the occasion in a purposeful way with an element of motivation & fun.
