PCMC: 1151 New COVID Cases, 36 Deaths Reported Today

Pimpri, 26 September 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 1151 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 1250 people got discharged from hospitals while 36 people died today.

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 75,267 out of which 66,382 have recovered while 1265 have died. 4773 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 1001 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 467 have died and 4512 have been cured.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 5,903,932 across the country. Out of this, 4,849,584 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 93,379 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 960,969 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
