PCMC: 167 New Covid Positive Cases, 281 Discharged Today

Pimpri, 9 December, 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 167 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 281 people got discharged from hospitals while 03 people died today.

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 93,814 out of which 90,179 have recovered while 1710 have died. 869 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 107 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 689 have died and 7155 have been cured.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 97,35,850 across the country. Out of this, 92,15,581 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 141,360 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 378,909 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
