PCMC: 195 New Covid Positive Cases, 263 Discharged Today
Pimpri, 18 October, 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 195 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 263 people got discharged from hospitals while 04 people died today.
According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 85,518 out of which 81,370 have recovered while 1477 have died. 1948 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 356 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 606 have died and 6058 have been cured.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 7,494,551 across the country. Out of this, 65,97,209 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 114,031 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 783,311 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
