PCMC: 220 New Covid Positive Cases, Nine Deaths Reported Today

Pimpri, December 1, 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 220 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 222 people got discharged from hospitals while nine people died today.

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 92,551 out of which 88,579 have recovered while 1638 have died. 1045 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 133 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 671 have died and 7054 have been cured.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 94,62,809 across the country. Out of this, 8,88,9585 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 1,37,621 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 4,35,603 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
