PCMC: 598 New Covid Positive Cases, 11 Deaths Today

Pimpri, 3, October, 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 598 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 816 people got discharged from hospitals while 11 people died today.

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 79,936 out of which 72,980 have recovered while 1348 have died. 3466 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 576 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 511 have died and 5174 have been cured.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 6,473,544 across the country. Out of this, 54,27,706 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 100,842 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 944,996 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
