PCMC: 91 fresh COVID cases, 114 people discharged in Pimpri Chinchwad today
Pimpri, June 23, 2020: Till 8 pm today, a total of 91 new Coronavirus positive patients were reported from different parts of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC). Also, 114 people were discharged from hospitals after being cured, while two persons died.
According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 2037 out of which 1193 have been cured while 35 have died. 809 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 79 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in YCM hospital in Pimpri. Till now 25 non-PCMC residents have died while 123 have been cured. Out of total active cases, there are 647 Asymptomatic Positive patients, 134 are Symptomatic Positive Patients and 28 Critical Patients.
Across Maharashtra, there were 3214 new COVID19 cases today taking the total number of cases to 139,010. Also, 248 people died while 1925 got discharge from hospitals after being cured. There are still 62,833 active cases.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 440214 across the country. Out of this, 248189 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 14011 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 178014 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
