The distribution and renewal of this license is done by six health officers at the level of field offices.

Professionals who do not have a municipal license or have not renewed their license will not be able to start their business, and the establishments concerned will be bound to follow the standard procedure.

Permission for businesses or establishments that do not comply with the SOP will be revoked. The hairdressing salon will be the first to be started in a building with an official building permit. However, the establishment of a structure that has been erected temporarily cannot be started.
