Pimpri Chinchwad: 36 Gyms Under PCMC Given Extension

Pimpri Chinchwad, December 28, 2020: 36 gyms run by Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation(PCMC) have received poor response from the citizens amid the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
In this regard, PCMC has given as many as fifty gymnasiums to private players based on the nominal service fee of Rs 2000 per month for 11 month contract period.
Out of the 50 gyms, as many as 36 gyms will be given an extension by PCMC.
Names of the gyms given extension
Kachdev Sitaram Londhe Gymnasium, Shivram Dolas Gymnasium, Bindumadhav Thackeray Gymnasium at Yamunanagar, late Mrs. There are 36 gyms including Minatai Thackeray Women’s Gymnasium, Madhukar Pavle Gymnasium at Yamunanagar and Rajnagar, Sangvi Women’s Gymnasium, Sadashiv Bahirwade Gymnasium, Sant Tukaramnagar Gymnasium, Sai Sharda Women’s Gymnasium at Kasarwadi, and Phugewadi Gymnasium.
