Ravet, 18th February 2024: Creative Public School and Junior College, operated by Creative Education Society by Naushad Sheikh, currently facing charges of sexually assaulting minor school girls, has been exposed as illegitimate. A case has been filed against the school for fabricating a false letter of approval.

In this instance, a woman filed a complaint at the Ravet Police Station on Saturday (17th February). A case has been formally registered against unidentified individuals.

As per the police investigation, Creative Public School and Junior College, managed by Creative Education Society Pune in Ravet, requires official authorization from the Maharashtra State Government to affiliate with the CBSE board. However, individuals unknown to the school allegedly forged a letter bearing the signature of the Deputy Secretary of the Government of Maharashtra. This fraudulent document falsely claimed that the school had obtained recognition from the CBSE board, as stated in the filed complaint.

Following the exposure of Naushad Sheikh’s wrongdoings, an inquiry by the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) revealed that the construction of the school was unauthorized. Consequently, PCMC took action by employing a bulldozer to dismantle the unauthorized construction. Subsequent scrutiny of the school’s approval status uncovered that it lacked any permission from the CBSE board and had submitted a counterfeit letter to that effect.
