PMC Continues To Demolish Illegal Structures in Dhayari On Second Day
Pune 6th July 2023: The Anti Encroachment team of Pune Municipal Corporation continues its drive against the illegal structures and encroachments in the Dhayari area. A day after demolishing several establishments built illegally by encroaching the government land, the PMC officials demolished several more establishments on Thursday.
According to PMC officials, a total of 6,900 square feet of land was vacated by demolishing the temporary and permanent structures built on the government land in Dhayari. This includes a total of nine such establishments in lane number 23 in Dhayari.
The land owners have been served notices by the Pune Municipal Corporation in the matter as per section 53 (1) (a) and 54 of the Municipal Corporation Act. Earlier on Wednesday, the PMC officials had demolished structures in the same area and vacated the government land of around 32,900 square feet.
