PMC Takes Action On Unauthorized Constructions At Survey Numbers 41 and 38 In Kharadi Area Of Pune
Kharadi, 17th March 2023: According to section 53 of MRTP 1966, a notice was issued by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to survey numbers 41 and 38 in Kharadi. Due to no response, a total area of two constructions of 11,300 square feet RCC unauthorized construction was demolished.
To demolish the construction, one jaw cutter, two breakers, two JCBs, two gas cutters, and eight breakers, along with the police force were used by the PMC.
The action was taken under the guidance of PMC Executive Engineer Ajit Surve, with the assistance of Senior Police Inspector Raju Adgale, PMC Branch Engineer Pratik Patharkar, and Junior Engineer Nikhil Gulechcha.
