Portuguese Health Worker Dies AfterGetting COVID Vaccine

Lisbon, January 5, 2021: With the use of Pfizer vaccine, the Covid-19 vaccination has been launched in many countries. However, a shocking incident has taken place in Portugal. One nurse died two days after receiving the Covid-19 vaccine. Sonia Acevedo (41) was a nurse working in a cancer hospital. Her family has raised questions over her death.

The nurse did not feel any discomfort after receiving the Pfizer vaccine. Speaking to local media, the father of the nurse said, “Health of my daughter was good and she had taken Covid-19 vaccine. No side effects were observed later, so how can she die?”

Sonia’s hospital, which is investigating the death, said she had received the Pfizer vaccine on December 30. The hospital said Sonia did not feel any discomfort immediately after the vaccination and even after a few hours. The hospital said an investigation into Sonia’s death was going on.

Sonia has been working in this hospital for the last 10 years. Sonia stayed with her family. After the vaccination, Sonia took a selfie with a face mask. Her father said he heard the news of Sonia’s death on New Year’s Day.

Sonia’s daughter said she did not feel any discomfort after being vaccinated. Apart from Sonia, 538 other hospital staff were also vaccinated with Pfizer vaccine. The incident was reported to the Portuguese Ministry of Health.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has approved a vaccine developed by Pfizer-Biontech. For the first time, a vaccine was approved by the World Health Organization to prevent coronavirus. After the approval of the World Health Organization, the vaccine was ready to use globally. Some countries have already approved Pfizer-Biontech vaccines. Pfizer’s vaccine has been approved by the World Health Organization, making it available to poor countries. So far, the vaccine is only available in the United States and Europe.
