Prime Minister Modi’s Twitter Account Hacked On Personal Website
New Delhi, September 3, 2020: The Twitter account of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s personal website was hacked today morning. The hacker called for bitcoin in donations for the COVID19 relief fund. However, these tweets were deleted immediately. No statement on the incident has come from either the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) or PM Modi’s personal handle.
A Twitter spokesperson’s statement has surfaced about PM Modi’s Twitter account being hacked. “We are aware of this situation and have taken some steps to secure the account. We are investigating this entire situation, although we have no information about the impact on other accounts”, the statement reads.
The message written on the Twitter account of PM Modi’s personal website read,”This account has been hacked by John Wick ([email protected]). We have not hacked Paytm Mall.”
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s personal website has a Twitter account, it has more than 25 lakh followers.
