Undri, 4th November 2024: A 33-year-old man, Satish Nagnathan Iyer, has gone missing after he left his residence in Undri to attend a job interview in Viman Nagar. His wife, Dipti Singh, has filed a missing person report at Kondhwa police station, Pune City Police, and is appealing to the public for help in locating him.

Satish Iyer, who has been unemployed for the past one and a half months, was last seen leaving his home at Gemini Park Avenue, Undri, on the morning of November 4 at around 10 a.m. He was wearing formal attire—a pink shirt, dark grey trousers, and formal shoes. According to his wife, Satish told her he was heading to an interview at Concentrix in Viman Nagar, but after contacting the company, it was confirmed that his name was not on the list of candidates who attended the interview.

Dipti Singh shared her concerns, saying, “My husband called me around 12:30 p.m. and informed me that two rounds of the interview were done and the third was pending. He mentioned he would return home by 3 p.m. and even reminded me to take my medicine. However, when I tried calling him around 2 p.m., his phone was switched off. Since then, I’ve called him multiple times and sent messages, but his phone remains unreachable.”

After failing to make contact, Dipti reached out to Iyer’s friends and relatives both in Pune and other cities, but no one had heard from him. She also visited the company where Satish claimed to have the interview but found no record of him on their list of attendees. Despite searching the surrounding area, there has been no sign of him.

Kondhwa police have registered a missing person report and are currently investigating the case.
