Pune: 9-Year-Old Boy Fluently Sings National Anthems Of 100 Countries

Pune, 4th June 2021: Jyash Tholiya, a nine-year-old from Pune has been acknowledged for memorizing and singing the Maximum National Anthems of different Countries i.e., National Anthems of 100 countries.

 

At the age of nine, Jyash has sung national anthems of 100 countries from different parts of the world for which he has received a Certificate of Achievement from Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records. This would be the fifth time that Tholiya is being recognized by Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records.

 

“At the age of five he heard the national anthem being played on TV during a sports match. He has been hooked on learning and singing national anthems of different countries ever since, every kid is unique, they should be given enough opportunity to know what is best for them. We want him to have exposure to everything and then decide for himself as to what works for him. We both believe that kids should not be put in a box, their potential”, said his father, Ashish Tholiya.

 

“Initially he used to pick anthems randomly, but now he has grown to love and understand the anthems are, he tries to learn and pronounce the words that are being said in the anthems”, said his mother Jyoti.
