Pune: Accident Claims Two Lives, One Seriously Injured Near Junnar
Junnar, 25th November 2024: In Pune’s Junnar Taluka, a tragic accident involving a two-wheeler, a tempo, and a car resulted in two fatalities and one serious injury. The incident occurred earlier today in front of the Indian Oil Petrol Pump in Otur, Junnar.
The deceased have been identified as Kunal Nanabhau Kale (17) and Ravindra Sawaleram Bhutambare (22), both residents of Ambe Gavhan, Junnar. Shrikant Khandu Kale (17) sustained severe injuries in the accident.
The collision caused significant damage to all three vehicles: a small Tempo, a Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle, and a Hyundai Accent car. The tempo was travelling from the Kalyan side on the Ahmednagar-Kalyan Highway, while the two-wheeler approached from the opposite direction and the Hyundai car followed from behind. The crash led to the fatalities and injuries.
