Pune: Afghan Students Protest In Support Of Resistance Called Off By Pune University Officials

Pune, 10th September 2021: The students from Afghanistan in Pune organized a protest today in support of Afghanistan national uprising and resistance against Taliban.
The Aghan students gathered inside the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) campus, but the protest was called off after the university officials asked the students to stop the protests as they had not taken prior permissions from security.
Afghan students tried raising the Afghan flag and a poster with the message of supporting the Afghan resistance and national uprising.
The officials took all the details of the Afghan students gathered at the main gate of the campus.
The security personnel gathered along with the media persons and the security grew more extensively at around 4 pm at the main gate.
An Afghan student, who was leading the protest, said that they will take all the prerequisite permissions and will reorganize the protest within few days.
