Pune: After Son Denied Admission By School, Ghorpadi Man Sends Bomb Threat Email To Mantralaya

Ghorpadi, 22 June 2021: A 50-year-old man was detained on Monday night by Pune City Police from Ghorpadi and handed over to Mumbai Police for allegedly sending a bomb threat email to Mantralaya, the administrative headquarters of the Maharashtra state government.

Police said that the accused was fed up as his son was denied admission in a school, thus his one year got wasted and no authority was looking into his grievances.

According to police, an FIR was registered at Marine Lines police station in Mumbai after Mantralaya received the mail. The accused was traced to Ghorpadi and nabbed from his house.
