Pune Airport Updates: 53 IndiGo Flights Planned Today, No Last-Minute Cancellations

Pune, 10th December 2025: Pune Airport on Wednesday reaffirmed that its flight operations, terminal services and airside management are functioning normally, with all 10 aircraft parking bays fully available and no aircraft—IndiGo or otherwise—left stranded on the apron. Airport Director Santosh Dhoke said operations are “smooth, efficient and stable,” countering any speculation of disruptions.
Officials said airside movement remained seamless throughout the day, with aircraft turnaround, ground handling and apron coordination running as per schedule across all airlines, including Air India, Air India Express, SpiceJet, Akasa Air, Fly91 and IndiGo.
For Wednesday, 10 December, IndiGo planned 53 arrivals and 53 departures. Of these, four arrivals and four departures were cancelled, but airport authorities clarified that passengers were informed in advance. No last-minute cancellations were reported after travellers reached the terminal.
Passenger movements remained strong on Tuesday, 9 December, with the airport handling 13,838 arriving passengers and 13,799 departing passengers. A total of 84 arrivals and 84 departures were operated. The airline-wise movements were:

SpiceJet: 6 / 6
Air India Express: 14 / 14
Akasa Air: 8 / 8
Fly91: 3 / 3
Despite routine airline-level adjustments, airport officials said terminal operations—including check-in, security screening, boarding, baggage handling and passenger services—remained uninterrupted.
Pune Airport’s passenger engagement teams continued interacting with travellers throughout the day, collecting feedback and addressing concerns. Many passengers shared positive comments about the smooth travel experience and efficient processes.
Dhoke said the airport remains in constant coordination with all stakeholders to maintain operational stability and ensure maximum convenience for passengers, especially during the high-traffic winter travel period.
