Pune: Akruti Jay Developers Owner Vyomesh Shah Booked For Cheating Flat Buyers
Kondhwa, 14th December 2021: Pune city police have booked the owner of Akruti Jay Developers for allegedly cheating flat buyers.
Based on a complaint from Amol Mallikarjun Sindagi (37), a resident of Tillekar Nagar, Kondhwa police station has registered the case against builder Vyomesh Mahipatray Shah, manager Jasmine Rathore and accountant Abhisha Warenkar.
According to the police, the incident took place between 18th July 2011 and 12th March 2021. Sindagi had booked a flat and paid Rs 23 lakh in installments. However, he did not get possession of the flat.
Meanwhile, the builder had submitted forged documents to the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) following which the civic body issued a property tax notice to Sindagi following which he filed the complaint with the police.
