Pune: Alarming Trend Revealed As College Students Misuse Injection For Sexual Enhancement And Intense Workouts
Pimpri, 20th May 2023: A recent police investigation has uncovered a disturbing trend where college students, both girls and boys, are misusing Mephentermine Sulphate injections, originally intended for low blood pressure and labor pains, to enhance sexual performance and engage in more strenuous workouts at the gym.
The Anti-Extortion Squad of Pimpri-Chinchwad police apprehended Ravi Thapa, who was found in possession of 600 grams of ganja and 95 bottles of Mephentermine Sulphate Injection.
Thapa’s arrest took place within the premises of a reputed college in Pimpri, where he was detained with a bag of ganja. Subsequently, a significant quantity of ganja and a considerable number of Mephentermine Sulphate injection bottles were seized from him. Further police interrogation has revealed that the misuse of Mephentermine Sulphate injection is widespread among individuals seeking to enhance their sexual potency. Shockingly, it has also come to light that young individuals, who tirelessly exercise for prolonged periods to achieve a more muscular physique, are resorting to the injection as well. The accused claimed that the injection enables them to exercise with greater vigor and force.
This emerging trend has raised concerns among authorities and the community, as the misuse of medications can have severe health consequences. The police are working to identify and apprehend individuals involved in the distribution and consumption of these substances. Also, awareness campaigns and educational programs will be initiated to enlighten students about the risks associated with such practices.
