Pune: Amol Kagwade Elected Unopposed to National Executive of NIPM for 2023-2025 Term
Pune, 23rd September 2023: Amol Kagwade, Founder and First President of the NIPM Pimpri Chinchwad Chakan Chapter, has been elected unopposed to the National Executive of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) for the 2023-2025 term.
NIPM is a leading organization in the HR sector, serving over 20,000 HR, IR Welfare, and Training Officers across 55 chapters nationwide since 1980.
Amol Kagwade has established himself as a young and effective leader in both his professional and social endeavors. He has worked in the HR departments of national and multinational companies such as Finolex, Hyundai, Bharat Forge, Plastic Omnium, and Rehau Polymers.
In addition to his corporate roles, Kagwade has also served as the president of the Rotary Club of Sinhagad Road, a branch of the international social organization, Rotary. He has earned a distinct reputation in a relatively short period, proving his leadership skills in various sectors.
