Pune: Army Imposter Arrested By Crime Branch

Pune, 17th September 2022: Based on the input of Army’s Souther Command Military Intelligence, a 32-years-old man has been arrested by Pune city police for allegedly impersonating as Army person.
Police have identified the imposter as Rafik Jamadar, a resident of Dhankawadi, Pune.
According to officials, one ordnance pattern combat uniform has been recovered alongwith some fake documents. The imposter was portraying himself as an army personnel on social media and duping prospective candidates.The imposter had also visited multiple army installations in the past.
The process of registering an FIR is going on.
