Pune, 9th January 2024: In a unique expression of discontent towards political betrayal and power-driven politics, an upcoming cartoon exhibition titled “Balkadu 2” is set to captivate audiences with its satirical take on political and social issues. Organized by Shiv Sena (UBT) party’s Pune City Publicity Chief, Anant Gharat, the exhibition is scheduled to take place at Balgandharva Kaladalan from January 16 to 18.
