Pune: Bank Of Maharashtra Organises Customer Outreach Programme, Sanctions Over Rs 78 Crore

Pune, 6th February 2023: The Pune East Zone of the Bank of Maharashtra organised the Customer Outreach Programme in the presence of Chief Guest Executive Director Asheesh Pandey, GM and Zonal Manager, Pune City Zone, Rajesh Singh, and DGM and Zonal Manager, Pune West Zone, Rahul Waghmare, on 4th February 2023.

 

Over 150 customers from different branches of the zone were present at the event along with Branch Heads of 24 City based Branches or in proximity and Zonal Office Staff.

 

On this occasion, nine agriculture loans amounting to Rs 8.30 crore, 36 Retail Loans amounting to Rs 21.34 Crore, and 26 MSME Loans amounting to Rs 24.00 Crore were conveyed to the customers.

 

Along similar lines, Customer Outreach Programme was also organised in 11 clusters, comprising the remaining 40 Branches of the Zone, situated on the outskirts of Pune City in the presence of ZO executives, where 23 Agriculture Loans amounting to Rs 12.70 Crore, 11 MSME Loans amounting to Rs 6.30 Crore, and 15 Retail Loans amounting to Rs 7.22 Crore were conveyed to the customers.

 

In total, 120 sanctions amounting to Rs 78.56 Crore were conveyed on this day By Pune East Zone as a whole.

 

The Chief Guest interacted personally with each of the customers, received their feedback/suggestions, assured them of the best services from the branches, and interacted with the media. “Bank of Maharashtra is currently working with the objective of establishing at least one branch of the bank in every district of India. In today’s modern era, if the customer gets quick service, then only the customer joins the bank. That’s why Bank of Maharashtra is committed to expanding itself as well as providing prompt service to the customer,” Pandey expressed.

“In the current financial year, Bank of Maharashtra will do business of up to Rs 4 lakh crore. We are also trying to establish bank branches in about 150 districts of India. Therefore, in the next financial year, Bank of Maharashtra will be able to do a business of about five lakh crores,” Pandey added.
