Pune-based architect Mahesh Nampurkar’s work lauded by Prime Minister Modi
Pune, 5th February 2026: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised Pune-based renowned architect Mahesh Nampurkar for his work in the field of architecture and landscape design through a letter, acknowledging his remarkable contribution to nation-building. This letter, recently sent from the Prime Minister’s Office in New Delhi, was received by Mahesh Nampurkar, and it specifically mentions his socially beneficial, sustainable, and environmentally friendly architectural concepts.
In the letter, the Prime Minister stated that Nampurkar’s contribution to the building of a rising India is inspiring, and that he has given a positive direction to society through his public spaces, institutional projects, and people-oriented architectural designs.
