Pune: BJP MLA Ram Satpute’s Wedding Violated Covid Norms; Over Thousand People Attended It
Pune, December 21, 2020: Bharatiya Janta Party MLA Ram Satpute from Malshiras (Solapur) got married in Pune on Sunday violated all the COVID-19 norms. The wedding witnessed thousands of invitees clearing throwing the caution to the wind. According to the COVID norms, not more than 50 people are allowed for a wedding.
Opposition leader Devendra Fadnavis, State Legislative Council leader Pravin Darekar, BJP State president Chandrakant Patil, MLA Gopichand Padalkar attended the wedding. The MLA’s wedding saw people not maintaining social distancing, not wearing masks.
Social media was seen criticizing the event after photos of the wedding were uploaded.
