Hadapsar, 2nd November 2024: Pune police have registered a complaint against six individuals linked to a cryptocurrency scam involving an estimated ₹2.15 crore. The accused include Isak Bagwan from Sangli, Ismail, Dastgir Patel, Jahangir Khan, Jishan Riaz Heblikar, and Ravi Nile, the operator of the YouTube channel Block Aura Classic.

The complaint was filed by a group of professionals who were allegedly lured into investing in cryptocurrency by the accused, who promised exorbitant returns. According to the allegations, the individuals behind Block Aura claimed that investors could triple their returns within one and a half years and also receive a daily return of one percent on their investments.

The complainant, Isak Bagwan, along with his colleagues, was convinced to invest heavily in the scheme. Bagwan himself invested ₹40 lakh and encouraged several acquaintances to join the scheme, leading to a total investment of ₹2.15 crore in cryptocurrency. However, despite the significant sums involved, none of the investors received any returns over the last two years.

Realizing they had been defrauded, the affected parties decided to lodge a formal complaint with the Hadapsar police station. Assistant Police Inspector Nanasaheb Jadhav is further investigating the case.
