Pune: Brand Logos Of Luxurious Cars Seized From D S Kulkarni Go Missing From Police Station

Pune 19th August 2023: The brand logos of luxurious vehicles seized by Police from builder Deepak Sakharam Kulkarni (D S Kulkarni) have gone missing from the Shivajinagar police station premises. The costly logos of some renowned brands including BMW, Porsche, Camry and Innova were found removed from the vehicles. A total of 16 seized vehicles are kept at the Shivajinagar police station.

It may be noted that D S Kulkarni was arrested in a case related to investment scam. Kulkarni’s wife was also arrested by police in the case. It is alleged that Kulkarni has duped thousands of investors in the name of good returns. The police have arrested multiple accused including his brother in the case and his involvement in various other offences was also revealed.

Earlier in April this year, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has also registered two cases against Kulkarni for allegedly duping the investors for crores of rupees. The central agency also accused him of defrauding several banks to the tune of Rs 590 Crore.
