Pune: Bride-To-Be Girl Died In Accident While Returning Home After Shopping
Daund, 20th January 2022: A bride-to-be died in an accident at Varvand in Daund tehsil on Pune-Solapur Highway.
The incident happened at 7 pm on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Prateeksha Kamble.
Prateeksha from the Kamble family in Malthan village was to get married in just a few days. All preparations were done. Meanwhile, Prateeksha had gone to Pune with her brother to buy some goods. While returning home after shopping, their two-wheeler was hit from behind by an unidentified vehicle at Varvand. In this the bride-to-be died on the spot and her brother Shubham Kamble was slightly injured.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle ran from the spot of the accident. The case was being processed till late last night.
