Pune: Builders Rajesh Sakla And Rushabh Sakla Of Siddhivinayak Groups Booked For Not Handing Over Building, Land To Society
Pune, 9th December 2021: An FIR has been registered by Pune city police at Kondhwa police station against Siddhivinayak Groups CMD Rajesh Naupatlal Sakla (70) and Executive Director Rushabh Rajesh Sakla (41) of Camp for allegedly not handing over land, buildings to the co-operative society even after 12 years.
Based on a complaint from Babaurao Dhaygude (74) of Kondhwa Khurd, the case was registered against the duo for offences under sections 406 (criminal breach of trust), 409 (Criminal breach of trust by public servant, or by banker, merchant or agent) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and relevant section 11 and 13 (1) of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act.
As per the case details, the residential project Sunshree Emerald on survey number 22 in Kondhwa Khurd was completed in 2008. Later, a cooperative housing society was formed but the builder did not transfer the land and buildings to the society.
