Pune: Businessman Kidnapped And Left In Forest By Family Of Woman He Had An Affair With

Pune, 2nd December 2022: The Hadapsar Police arrested one of those who abducted a trader and left him in the Vasai forest. Reportedly, the abduction was the result of a love affair. The accused was identified as Kailasram Sohanlal Jat (35), a resident of Pali, Rajasthan. The search for his accomplices Tikaram Khot, Bhanwar Jakhar, and Gavind, all of Jalore, Rajasthan, is on.

 

According to the police, the businessman has a shop in Manjari. On November 23, around 11 at night, three people came to the shop. They beat up the businessman and took him away in the car. After that, they left him, around 4 am, in the forest near Vasai Virar toll road. Based on CCTV, the Hadapsar police conducted a technical investigation and found that one of the suspects was from Pali in Rajasthan. The investigation team went to Pali and arrested him, after which, the reason behind the abduction became clear.

The businessman had an affair with a young woman. The relatives of this young woman live in Rajasthan. They got information about it and decided to take action.

 

Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police Vikrant Deshmukh, Assistant Commissioner of Police Bajrang Desai, Senior Police Inspector Arvind Gokule, Police Inspector Digambar Shinde, Vishwas Dagle, Assistant Police Inspector Vijaykumar Shinde, Sub-Inspector Avinash Shinde, Enforcers Sushil Lonkar, Sandeep Rathod, Prashant Tonpe, Atul Pandharkar, and Bhagwan Humbarde, the accused was caught.
