Pune: Notification Process Of Purandar Airport To Be Completed Before New Year
Pune, 2nd December 2022: Harshdeep Kamble, the Principal Secretary of Industries, has stated that the notification process of the Purandar airport in Pune is ongoing and will be completed before 2023 after “formalities” are met.
He declared that the notification issued by the Maharashtra Airport Development Company (MADC) in 2018, as per the direction of the urban development department, would need to be revoked first. Although the previous notification is anticipated to be cancelled soon, Kamble said the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation’s (MIDC’s) final notification should be issued by the end of this year.
