Pune: Case Filed Against Parents Who Are Giving Vehicles To Minors
Baramati, 22nd November 2022: Baramati city police have filed cases against the parents who are allowing minors to ride two-wheelers on Tuesday (November 22).
According to the information given by the police, many minors are seen riding bikes in front of colleges and universities in Baramati city. Parents let these kids drive vehicles without any kind of license. There is no use in taking action against this student. There is a provision in the law that action should be taken against their parents.
However, in the last two days, a total of 18 children’s parents have been booked by the Baramati City Traffic branch and sent to court under the Motor Vehicle Act. They will be fined at least Rs five thousand. Further action will be taken against them.
