Pune: Case Registered Against Doctors Of Budhrani Hospital For Providing Wrong Medical Treatment
Pune, 10th January 2023: A case has been registered at the Koregaon Park Police Station against the doctors of the renowned Budhrani Hospital for being careless while treating an elderly patient who was injured in an accident.
Relatives have alleged that the wrong treatment provided to the patient made his condition worse. In this case, Advocate Suresh Sarwan has filed a complaint at Koregaon Park Police Station.
As per the complaint, Hiralal Sarwan (70), a resident of Daund, Pune, was admitted to Budhrani Hospital after being injured in an accident. His head was injured after being hit by a two-wheeler. After that, he was admitted to Inlak and Budhrani Hospital for treatment. Head surgery was done on Sarwan.
However, the hospital administration did not allow his son, Advocate Suresh Sarwan, to meet him. When he met his father the next day after the operation, he had severe injuries to his stomach. As his father felt a burning sensation in his stomach and genitals, Suresh asked the doctors about the same.
At that time, the doctor tried to avoid the matter by giving random answers. In this case, Adv Suresh Sarwan rushed to Koregaon Park Police Station and filed a complaint. Police Sub-Inspector Naik is investigating.
