Pune: Central Environmental Committee Visits Swargate Multimodal Hub; Important Instructions Have Been Given To Mahametro Official

Pune, 14th August 2021: To review the ongoing work and environment-related aspects of Pune Metro’s Multimodal Hub at Swargate, the Central Environmental Committee (CSC) visited the Hub on Friday,13th August.

The committee member comprised  Chairman Dr. Dipak Mahisekar, member Mukund Pathak, Kiran Acharekar, Dr. Aseem Harvansh, Dr. Dattatray Thorat. The committee observed the ongoing work at Multimodal Hub. Mahametro Director Atul Gadgil gave information about the project to the committee. Meanwhile, the committee also gave some instructions to the metro official.

The Multimodal Hub is an important element of the Metro project in Pune. The Swargate station includes ST and PMPML depot, both these depots will be connected to the Metro project at this Multi-Modal Hub along with this passenger traveling via Riksha, Car and other vehicles will also be considered and connected with this project.
