Pune: CID Raids Samruddha Jeevan’s Office In Financial Fraud Case

Pune, 1st July 2021: The Maharashtra Criminal Investigation Department (CID) today raided the office of Samruddha Jeevan Multi-State Multipurpose Cooperative society at Bhoomkar Chowk, Narhe Ambegaon and Aundh and seized important documents and files in connection with a fraud case.
The CID had questioned Vaishali Motewar, wife of Mahesh Motewar, founder of Samruddha Jeevan society. At that time, she gave information about the documents and files.
Today, the CID team conducted raids at three to four places in Pune and Dharashiv. The CID was also assisted by the forensic audit team. A large number of documents have been seized from the flats and offices. CID will get the required information only after analyzing the relevant documents, an officer said.
