Pune City : 247 New Covid Cases , 280 Discharged Today

Pune, November 03, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 280 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 247 new patients were detected while 16 people died today. Today swab samples of 2327 were collected for COVID tests.

According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 162,091 out of which 152,169 have been cured while 4275 have died. There are still 5647 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 528 critical patients out of which 316 are on ventilator support.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 8,229,313 across the country. Out of this, 75,44,798 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 122,607 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 561,908 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
