Pune City: 328 New Covid Cases, 316 Discharged Today
Pune, November 4, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 316 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 328 new patients were detected while 18 people died today. Today swab samples of 3053 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 162,419 out of which 152,485 have been cured while 4293 have died. There are still 5641 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 494 critical patients out of which 290 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 8,313,876 across the country. Out of this, 76,56,478 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 123,611 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 533,787 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
