Pune City: 351 New Covid Cases, 423 Discharged Today
Pune, December 5, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 423 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 351 new patients were detected while four people died today. Today swab samples of 3736 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 1,71,769 out of which 1,61,979 have been cured while 4486 have died. There are still 5304 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 96,08,211 across the country. Out of this, 90,58,822 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 139,700 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 409,689 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
