Pune City: 45 Deaths, 1978 New COVID Cases Today, Check Ward-wise Numbers
Pune, September 13, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 1587 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 1978 new patients were detected while 45 people died today. Today swab samples of 6770 people were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 119,657 out of which 99,076 have been cured while 2793 have died. There are still 17,788 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 910 critical patients out of which 440 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 47,54,356 across the country. Out of this, 37,02,595 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 78,586 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 973,175 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
